Utah的法律要求
需要多少名指定急救员？
No fixed numeric ratio of first-aiders to employees. As an approved state OSHA plan, UOSH applies R614-3-9 (aligned with 29 CFR 1910.151): where medical personnel are not reasonably accessible or no medical facility is in near proximity, a person holding a valid first-aid certificate must be available at the worksite. Performance-based standard tied to the hazards present.

No ban on online training for workplace first-aiders. Online theory training is accepted; Utah requires the hands-on portion for CPR certification.
